Wildcat 640 Series

La série Wildcat 640 est conçue à partir d'un détecteur InGaAs stabilisé en température, développé en interne, avec une résolution de 640 x 512 pixels. Les caméras Wildcat 640 sont disponibles avec une fréquence d'image élevée allant jusqu'à 220 Hz. La caméra est équipée d'une interface CameraLinkTM ou USB3 Vision et se caractérise par un poids et une puissance réduits. La Wildcat 640 convient à l'imagerie hyperspectrale SWIR, à l'inspection des semi-conducteurs et à l'analyse des faisceaux laser.
