Full-time, remote position - Netherlands
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will develop scientific sales in your territory. Your role includes qualifying new business opportunities and assessing customer needs. Curious and able to propose new solutions, you will provide excellent customer service and close sales files.
Your missions are:
- Identify and solicit potential customers and promote Telops products and services.
- Qualify new opportunities by defining and assessing prospects' needs and personalizing business proposals.
- Organize, prepare, and conduct presentations/demonstrations of Telops products and services to new customers or at sales events.
- In collaboration with the technical team, adapt your proposals to the best customer requirements.
- Participate in the development and execution of the sales strategy.
- Identify competitors and their respective market positions.
- Ensure strategic and competitive monitoring in your territory
- Develop and manage your distribution network
- Build customer loyalty following presentations or visits as well as throughout projects.
- Analyze the results obtained with customers and propose relevant recommendations.
Your profile:
You are passionate about the applications of our products and demonstrate a great sense of initiative and the ability to work independently. Endowed with a spirit of listening and a strong sense of responsibility, you demonstrate professional organization and maturity to follow your files with the greatest rigor. Travel represents at least 35% of your schedule.
Additionally, you must live near an international airport. With higher technical/scientific training in an engineering school or university, you have a minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in a similar technical sales function. Your English is fluent, and you have a perfect command of office tools.
